Anxiety and More...
I found out yesterday by my sister that I have IBS which is Irritable Bowel Syndrome and most people who get let’s say 60% have cause of GAD(General Anxiety Disorder.) If you suffer from GAD please look IBS and take precaution cause it could happen to you and nobody deserves it. Please look it up!!! I found this one product called IBS Relief System and a lot of people seem to really love it...

Anxiety Attack again....
I just had an anxiety attack and it’s been 4 weeks since my last one and this on wasn’t as nearly as bad as my last attack. I cried,shacked and my throat felt a little like it was going to close.
